3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

If you have previously applied for self-exclusion from ctg88 or any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to register a new Account until the applicable exclusion period has expired and ctg88 has formally reinstated your access. Registration during an active self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the ctg88 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ctg88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances in the duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. ctg88 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ctg88 will treat all activity conducted from your Account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ctg88 immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Ownership

Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. ctg88 accounts may not be used for commercial purposes or on behalf of any other individual or entity.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ctg88 is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its players in accordance with its internal compliance framework. ctg88 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months)

6 Deposits

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed identity verification (KYC) and who have a verified real-money balance in their Account. Withdrawal requests will not be processed against bonus credit balances unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by ctg88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms of that promotion will prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits and free spins that are not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. ctg88 will endeavour to notify players of approaching bonus expiry dates where technically practicable.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ctg88 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selection, stake amount, and all other details are correct before confirming. ctg88 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where ctg88 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.

9.2 Odds and Pricing

ctg88 reserves the right to withdraw or amend odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. 9.3 Void Bets

Void bets result in the return of the original stake to your Account balance.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

Any applicable maximum payout limits will be communicated in the specific rules for each market or product category. ctg88 reserves the right to pay out winnings up to the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the stated odds on the winning selection.

10 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on the ctg88 Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and all other game formats — are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer processes operated by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others.

ctg88 does not control, modify, or influence the outcome of any game provided by a third-party game studio. 16 Account Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ctg88 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.

16.2 Termination by ctg88
